I bought tickets for the Palace game. Not clear at all how I get access to the ground. Do I assume that a Digital ticket will be emailed to me in the next week? Information on the club website is non existent!

So be it then. You only have to go on social media to see how much confusion there is about the ticketing arrangements.

Not sure what your statement is trying to get at but at least someone is trying to get some clarity for the supporters. If you have any better suggestions please state them.
